...the opportunity Scarlette has to go to a preschool that is small, taught by a Waldorf trained teacher, and has, already, created such a fantastic sense of community among the parents and children
...the serendipity that allowed my three days of commuting by bike (to and from Scarlette's preschool) to be dry and relatively warm. It's something I really, really, really appreciate.
...and lastly, although at times I feel as though I will never see my kitchen counter again, I am very grateful for the constant parade of fruits and vegetables that need to be processed, stored, or frozen. Seeing my cupboards with full jars and our freezer overflowing is a very comforting thing.
